Japanese Maple series
This series is a small Japanese Maple tree in a planter and comes with a fall open gift box.
Each sculpture has from 355 to 360 leaves and done in 1/12th (1” = 1’) scale and are an on going series. The leaves are make of sheep skin (vellum), the planter pot is a turned wood 1 ½” in diameter. The total sculpture is approximately 2 ¼” tall and takes about 95 hours to complete.
